The clip begins to show Francis Bourgeois on a subway station with a GoPro attached to his forehead. As he runs to catch the train, he spots Prince William and Kate Middleton. The Prince and Princess of Wales can be seen talking to people. As they meet the TikToker, Prince William and Kate Middleton shake hands with Bourgeois and say, “Very nice to meet you.” To this, Bourgeois replies and says, “Nice to meet you. I hope you enjoyed the Elizabeth Line.”
